Freezing Guavas

These tropical fruits freeze adequately, but with
considerable change in texture. Wash, peel and halve the
fruits and remove the seeds. Puree in a food processor or
blender or mash with a fork. Freeze the puree in a dry pack
or honey pack or freeze halves in thin honey syrup.
