The past few days I have been busy with two groups of young black people (18-21) who came for readings. These were kids from Brooklyn ghetto neighborhoods.
I though it an interesting synchronicity as this is Black History Month - a time to honor all that Black People have fought for to be free Physically, Spiritually and Emotionally. I often wonder if we realize that our roots go back to people of dark skin - Africa - Mesopotamia - Egypt.
They think what I do metaphysically is totally awesome ..... so we 'talk the talk' .... Do they 'walk the walk' after they leave here? That totally depends on their soul's experiences in 3D!
They may leave here and think I'm a bit parental and old - but as their teacher long ago - and now as a psychic reader - we have a total 'meeting of the minds'. I have always had the ability to adjust my frequency - and often the way I talk - with the people I am with - especially clients. They know I am here to help not judge. We are all here to experience the game.
Do I get into metaphysical philosophies about this being a game? Only if they are tuned in to metaphysics - then they know it already!
I can talk like a teenager an be one with them - within five minutes of being in their head space. I have the ability to become One with anyone. It's just about adjusting frequencies - Like adjusting a TV radio!
I do have problem with 'attitude' and teenagers are the champions of attitude! Attitude is about anger, frustration, hormones, peers, wanting to control their lives, feeling superior especially when they have been around adults all of their lives who have not understood them - etc.
It started with the daughter of one of my clients who then brought along her friends.
The groups were a mix of males and females.
All were respectful and believing in metaphysical studies and that there is more than what we see.
Some still live in a Brooklyn ghetto area called Brownsville, while others had moved out with their families.
Most of the kids were happy to be out of the 'ghetto mentality' - though one boy told me that living in a 'good neighborhood' was boring so he had moved back to the ghetto where the action was.
Their backgrounds varied from parents who had bettered their lives to parents on welfare.
All things in life are a frequency - a pulse, if you will.
Neighborhoods - and your soul frequency are no different.
As in all neighborhoods - there is a pulse - frequency - especially in the 'streets'.
Think about your neighborhood. It has a pulse. When you can't fit into that pulse - you have outgrown the karma there - and it is time to move on.
We experience pulse to pulse. Some people move many times in their lives - clearing karma as they go - while other they spend their entire lives in one house - tough the energies in that neighborhood would have to have changed - as all things in our reality must change - it is the nature of our reality - the ebb and flow of the collect unconscious.
Back to the ghetto - Many kids thrive on that pulse - hanging out and being cool. There is nothing that can change the karma of what they are doing even if they have already been in jail or been hurt. Karmically they have 'come in' for the experiences they are having. We can only hope they move to higher frequency thinking as they get older. [Another major 'lost soul group' is the 24-25 year olds these days. Where were the planets when they were born?]
The kids did tell me that it bothered them to hurt other family members - especially the mother - or mother nurturer - so they left home at an early age often moving in with friends.
One of the girls felt she had totally been born into the wrong family. She moved in with her aunt in Long Island and was going to college for nursing. She loves alternative medicine and has goals for her future which include holistic healing. Marriage and kids - her take was - "If it happens, it happens. It's not easy to make a relationship work these days."
Another girl had moved out of the ghetto and was taking her GED after spending the last 3 years working in a local Department Store. She lived with her family and wanted a better life. Her problem was falling in love with a boy from the ghetto who wanted her to move in with him and have a baby!
This takes us to another subject that carries more karma than most else - pregnancy!
To many of the kids - a baby represents status - or someone to love them unconditionally - and to be loved and looked up to by someone. As for child care and expenses - they told me there were other older members of the family to help with that. I guess that part of the game still exists. I used to talk to my ten age boys about it when I taught high School Special Ed in the 1980's - but I had hoped for more spiritual evolution.
The kids merely told me that it was family patterning and all they knew.
Now let's look at reality -
The average male in his 20's will have many lovers and many experiences. This is true in most cultures. But having a baby and creating karma with that is what seems so wrong. The girls who fall in love with these guys at a young age - and think the guy will be theirs forever is in for a crude awakening. It doesn't work that way anymore.
The kids who go through college and build together have a chance at remaining on the same frequencies and rowing together especially if they are both without many issues.
Once the issues kick in - souls will move on to find others who will help them resolve their problems and karma.
I guess the teacher in me came into play with many of these kids - but as I into reading soul level - I told them the path their souls will take now - and when things will alter in the next few years.
Education is not for everyone. Some kids have ADD and can't focus on studies. It is difficult to find a job these days and harder with no school of background skills.
Many of the kids spoke about depression and how there is more depression and bipolar disorder at this time. This is really not true. Depression has always been there as have all mental illnesses - We have just become more aware that they exist and how they limit what we can do. People now look to treat illnesses that make us drop out of this reality.
Disabilities - emotional or physical - are on the increase now - in that souls are tired and want a way to not work and function. Many people I know have created the illness knowing just what they were doing.
Still and all i did see positive things for each child who was here. Best of all - they left with an understand of who they are - why they were born - their potential for change - and the amount of free will they have. We talked to loved ones who had crossed over. It was a great release. many of those who had crossed over were no more than teens themselves - their deaths not making sense to those left behind.
If you don't understand karma and frequency - you don't really understand who moves a soul through life....
Many minority people come in as caretakers, especially the women. The girls preferred jobs in the health fields where the courses of study can vary from 10 months to four years and the choices were many. One girl was opening a Day Care Center with a family member.
The boys were interested in anything from computers to blue construction to civil service jobs. They said that they were not passed the age where energies from the streets was not a temptation every day. they seemed to have a foot in many levels of reality - including the spiritual.
I have hope for all kids and all souls . . . They must see that in themselves and be willing to work at changing the karma that holds them back.
