This should be completed by March 15; 2. will provide six (6) accessible guest rooms. Two will have roll in showers. We hope to have this completed by June 30, 1994; 3. will have two (2) accessible parking spaces at the front office and five (5) at the accessible guest rooms which will be completed by March 31; 4. haven't made a final decision on our course of action for the front office restrooms. We are getting bids and they will be redone some time in 1994. Based on your letter of February 22 -- including the steps you have already taken to provide better access for persons with disabilities, and the steps you are still working on -- we have determined that no further action is warranted. Accordingly, we are closing our file on this matter. Please be advised that this office cannot certify that particular facilities are in compliance with the ADA, and that our decision to close our file on this matter does not represent a decision on our part that the facility is in fact in compliance with the ADA. Moreover, our decision not to pursue this matter further in no way prevents a private litigant from pursuing with you or in court the matters raised in the complaint, or other matters arising under the ADA.
