Should the other holes be re-inoculated or should they be scratched and redone? They are taking up the entire circular space of their 1/4th of the jar, it would suck to have to scratch them when they could be knock'd up with some honeytek.

I would be patient and let them colonize, or at least try to.
Shooting the jars again would open you up to contams again but I guess it would work.

i'd re-shoot them asap.
otherwise it'll take too long,
cakes will dry, contams arise, etc.
faster is better here.

do as Quote says asap.
Quote has 100 times my experience.
Sorry Ratdog-

I once again have handed out bad advice because I've been scared of the green meanies!
My one time experience with double innoculations was very bad. 70% bad!
I have seen my pal Jimmy skip holes when innoculating and just wait it out until the myc. crept around the jar.
This happens with the odd jar or two. Jimmy keeps +\- 120 jars going at all times.
I have not seen Jimmy lose one of these jars- they take a while but they colonize for him.

I'm sure it's just a matter of time before he gets green.

The time Jimmy 'knocked twice' he used his home made syringes from prints and he had too few viable spores in the mix and so a week after innoculation he had 10 jars with very little signs of growth.
Jimmy shot them again with honey tek of the same race in the hopes of speeding things up.

He lost 7 of them to mold right under the top verm layer.
Why did they green? Jim is not sure but he certainly felt the double shot may have played a role. He felt if his sterility tek was good once, why not twice> well 70% is a large % of dead soldiers!

Jim shot three more cases of jars with the same honey that night and did not lose one of the jars he shot only once.
Jimmy has settled into several teks that have him running at a 4-5% contamination rate. This is for jars NOT counting his casings. Although I bet if he did a per sq. in. measure of his contamed casings since implimenting his clean teks 5% is still holding.

my experiences are mine- and I hope I have not put you at a disadvantage for my advice.

Listen to Quote and have fun with it!

It's hard to grow shrooms from prison.
Don't let anyone know you grow.
