I'm growing invitro and now that I have my first pins I was wondering if I should flip my jars over to expose more mycellium to light. Maybe this is standard technique, but I havent been able to find any info on this.
Oh ya, Should I take my pinning jars off my frig and keep them at room temp? Thanks for the input.

Quo says 75*F is ideal. If you have pins I don't see why to flip them.

put them somewhere that is a good fruiting temp...i usually have 'em around 75 degrees. flip your jars if you want, but remember that they will pin (for the most part) toward the direction of the light. make sure you take your tape off and loosen your lids a bit.

Oh the lids should always be loosened for fruiting invitro?

i prefer mine flipped, so excess co2 and water can drain away from the cake.
