Is this going to get hard for me now?? Someting scary like SCRATCHING??? I have tried everything.I have raised temp, RH, more misting(straight H20), lots of fanning and no air pump. The bluish color has gone, now I see all over the tray this sortta yellowish/off-white color has replaced the white of the mycel. SOMEONE HELP!!! Am I just being paranoid or what? This tray was +90% at 3 days! so now on day #8 I am starting to worry. Why no pins??

If you want my opinion, it's the first incidence of water damage I have seen on a cased bed.
You started getting water into the casing too late. It looks like in your effort to rehydrate; too much mist, stayed too long in direct contact with the mycelium, causing discoloration.
I would dunk that particular casing (yes a 12 hour dunk), then Neglect Tek... Cover the bed. No fanning, no misting. Just light. The rise in CO2 and neglect may result in a flush yet.
Follow this and if it's bacterial contam you will know in 48-72 hours. If you see no change, then Neglect Tek is working.
"Quo", we are going to have to re-clarify some nomenclature I think... Invitro Tek is for growing shrooms in jars... Neglect Tek (not yet completely covered and archived) is to encourage pinning on birthed cakes and beds? Just wondering...
Everybody got RO Water & IR Tek right?
Mystry: take my advice for now; what we call things has less importance than your cased bed. Quote should be in, in the morning

well, the simple truth is that some beds just don't fruit.
assuming you're growing from spores.
or it may eventually pop up a few fruits several weeks late.
all you can really do at this point is maintain conditions and wait on it.
really, 8 days is not abnormally long to wait, it could easily be another week or even longer.
meanwhile, start something new.

Alright guys..thanx for being on top of things for me...very disapointing news though.I was hoping things would go smoothe since up to this point it has been just ripping along.
I am truly bummed..I must have done something wrong!! And as it sits, I do have another tray in the incubator now. It's spawned poo/BS and it's cased w/coir. I just removed the Saran quick cover and everything looks good. Nice and dark on the coir. About 5-10% so far.Nice bright white rhizo reaching for the sky. So I'll focus on that for a bit, another day or 2 by the looks of things and I'll initiate pinning. But here's a question on that. Can I put them in the same terrarium with each other?

i would not, since there may be a hidden problem, such as bacteria, causing the 1st tray's problems.
i'd keep it isolated, to be safe.
