They also carry powdered Dextrose (Corn Sugar) and Lime on this same page. Any home brew supply will carry these in one ounce bottles, Ebrew ships cheap bulk. Gypsum and Lime are also available in bags at nurseries and better lawn and garden centers.

i wondered if the gypsum at garden centers was the same stuff, i've always heard 'get it at brewery suppliers.

It should work. You could substitute the gypsum with lime or crushed oyster shell.If you don't want your grain to stick together just rinse them off real well in a strainer when your done steeping it. Works for me
