first i would like to say thanx for all the great info on this site. You people are real people. lol. a question please. can H2O2 and H20 be effective if sprayed direcetly onto a contaminated
cake? what is the effect of H2O2 on mycelium? thank you..

I've tried that and not had any success. it seems to work sometimes for cobweb mold on casings.
if your cake is contaminated, trash it.

We've had 50/50 luck with H202 on contaminated cakes. It seemed to totally decimate some of the green meanies on some cakes, and others had to be thrown out. It did not inhibit mycelium growth at all, thank God. Now we just bleach all the walls in the grow room, and also our chambers in between each flush, and spray alot of good disenfectant! This seemed to halt any contam, as those grean meanies spread far and wide, when given the chance. Hope this helps!
