Just a quick question. I've heard some people say that stems are more potent than the caps. Any truth to this

I've read that they contain the same amount of psylocin and psylocybin. Interestingly, I've also read that the stems are more prone to cause stomach discomfort. Nothing to do with potency, but something to consider when choosing your meal. Has anyone else heard this or was it something I spontaneously created in a dream while hypnotized on a parallel dimension in a reality created only for me?

The caps are a little more potent, this is true, but it's not enough of a difference to matter at all.
All those times me and friends would go through the eigth we were splitting trying to make it super even so we both got the same amount of caps and stems were quite unnecessary :-) Hehe

My sweetie, (shroomsitter) would cut them right down the middle to make sure that we both got the same amount for each dose! She's pretty accurate about it too!

I can't tell there's any difference between the cap and stem whatsoever. I haven't seen any hard evidence to the contrary.
