More details are available in announcements distributed to ACM SIGOPS members (rather late due to mailing delays), and in CACM 24,9 (Sept. 1981) p. 612. THis has been a very good series of conferences for research-oriented systems builders in the past, and should be good this time. Since applications are due Oct. 30, you should be quick. Sessions on: systems; verifying systems properties; remote data storage; computer-computer communication; memory management; protection techniques (using encryption, for example); Intel's operating system on a chip(432); dist. systems; user-oriented systems. Information about applications can be found in CACM--don't write to me for that. ----------------------------------------------------------------- gopher://quux.org/ conversion by John Goerzen of http://communication.ucsd.edu/A-News/ This Usenet Oldnews Archive article may be copied and distributed freely, provided: 1.
