ALIEN ABDUCTIONS AND THE EVIL BIRD! Or...The Works Of Darkness Under A 'New Age' Disguise? From all of the UFO material I have read over the past few years, I have formed the impression that, for the most part, the alien abduction experience is primarily an American phenomenon; and not only is it primarily an American event, but it also a negative one in most instances. Due to the insight I've gained from studying the Bible over the years, it becomes more clear to me each day that we are dealing primarily with something of a dark spiritual nature. This is not to negate the possibility that some UFO sightings may in fact be government-related Black Projects, unexplained natural phenomena, misidentifications or over-exaggerations, or possibly even actual extraterrestrial craft. To just ignore these possibilities would be ludicrous. On the other hand, unless we have had an experience or encounter ourselves & can produce verifiable evidence, (something more substantial than a tape made during a hypnosis session, or blurred photographs), we must be willing to admit that we really don't know what they are, & that everything we say is based on personal speculation and theory. Thus, the following comments are just that, my perspective on what these purported encounters may actually signify. When we go from mere sightings to actual close encounters, or at least perceived encounters, this adds a whole new dimension to the phenomenon. It becomes a personal experience with something which possesses intelligence. A variety of theories have been put forth by myself and others who share a great deal of concern regarding the abduction experience. Whether the agents of the abduction experience are human, alien or spiritual in nature, in my view, based on currently available data, it would seem that their motivations are nothing short of dark & evil. As such, anyone who finds themselves drawn into such a situation, should resist with all of their human & spiritual might...and if you happen to be one who doubts the existence of a Supreme Being, you might want to re-consider your position as quickly as possible. As I was reading an article on abductions, the words of the ancient prophet came to me once again, just as they did quite a while ago when I was reading similar material regarding the alien abduction experience: "And he cried mightily with a strong voice saying, Babylon the Great is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird" (Revelation 18:2) If we consider the fact that abductions are primarily an American experience, and that some in Christian circles believe the United States to be the epitome of spiritual Babylon the Great, could this verse be speaking a truth which some in UFOlogy simply don't want to hear? In the Bible, the dove representatives peace, hope, and the spirit of God. The above verse defines a completely different kind of bird, a ravenous hateful bird. Birds such as vultures and other predators come to mind. How similar this sounds to the alien abduction experience where the abductee has no choice in the matter. They are merely looked upon as helpless prey. Any resistance by the abductee is usually met with even greater deceit on the part of the abductors, so that, as we are now seeing, the abductees are lulled into a false sense of security and well-being. Whereas before they were full of fear & apprehension when such encounters occurred, now they become submissive to their abductors and the treacheries performed upon their bodies. Once viewed as evil, the abductors are now looked at as saviours, and the captive convinces himself/herself that what he/she is doing, is a worthy sacrifice for the sake of humanity. It is no coincidence that the terms devils, foul spirit and unclean and hateful bird are all used in the same sentence. Notice too that Babylon is described as a cage. A cage is used to keep something in. Could it be that America/Babylon has become a spiritual dumping ground for all of the evil forces in the world? By her rejection of God, she is creating a vacuum which must be filled with something else. In this case, that vacuum, the cage, is being filled with demonic spirits who are deceiving & being worshipped by those who have rejected God's truth. We have but to look at some of the beliefs & practices held by those of the New Age movement to see that this is true. There are many lying deceitful voices out there. Through channeling, seances, tarot cards, wiccan practices, etc., these entities or 'aliens' from the spirit world are taking captive the very soul of America. For as is made so clear in the Scriptures, when we reject the truth, God sends us strong delusion that we might believe a lie, (2 Thess 2:10b-11)...and some day soon, when the lie is believed enough by those gullible and ignorant enough to swallow it, Satan himself will make his grand appearance as a benevolent being, here to help save the Earth from the very things he and his evil cohorts have helped to create by our own disobedience to the laws of God. Yes, there may in fact be an invasion from outer space, although 'inner space' might be a more correct term...but his rule will be short-lived, lasting only a matter of 3 1/2 to 7 years, depending upon your personal theological interpretation. After a dark period of Great Tribulation, he and his sobordinates and his false utopia will be wiped out by the most incredible invasion force this world will ever know...Jesus Christ followed by his angelic forces of Light. Many of us have a good idea of the general order of events, it is the specifics we are not sure of...but as each day passes, things will undoubtedly become clearer and clearer for those who are looking to understand the truth. But for all others, it will be a time of greater & greater darkness, confusion, rebellion and delusion. We can only pray that those of us who know the truth will have the faith & will to persevere in our endeavors to spread God's Light until we are taken out of the way...and that day will surely come... 'Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus, shall suffer persecution." (2 Timothy 3:12) In conclusion, the 'alien' abduction experience is NOT something anyone should look forward to or accept. All indications are that it is NOT of God. Your best protection against such spiritual attacks is to make sure you have received Jesus Christ as your personal saviour. If you haven't already done so, please do it NOW! And before you go to bed at night, please remember to pray. A good verse to claim is Psalm 37:4 which says: The angel of the LORD encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them. God will protect you, but you must accept Him and His Son into your life first. And when you do, the next time those little Greys come looking for you, just point a finger at them & say 'The Lord rebuke thee!' (Jude v9) End Of File
