You will need
-A syringe
-A drill
-Some thick wire (2-3mm)
-Some thin wire (less than 1mm)
-Epoxy (5minute works best)
-Lighter gas canister
-Tape
-Long double wire (for the detonator)
-Piezo-crystal or AC/DC adaptor
-Detonator (for the adaptor only)

FEW WORDS BEFORE WE BEGIN:
"I'm not responsible" crap stays here...

1.

As I think we all know most non-Zippo lighters use propane-butane fuel. In those 
lighters the fuel is liquefied using high-pressure nozzles so it takes less 
space. Here we're gonna use this gas as an explosive by increasing it's pressure 
and lighting it up.

===So,

First of all we'll take the syringe and take its plunger out. Than we slit the 
two thin wires through the front canal and epoxy them together. By doing this we 
MUST seal the canal so the gas can't get out from there. Make sure when gluing 
the wires NOT to let them touch each other. Otherwise there won't be a spark.

Wait for the epoxy to dry out.

===Fill the syringe with lighter gas through the big hole in the back, where the 
plunger was.

Then QUICKLY place the plunger back so the gas doesn't leave the syringe.

===Squeeze the plunger to compress the gas and reduce'em to about 1/3 of its 
former size. Be careful and don't squeeze to fast and two hard as the gas might 
bust the wires seal. While holding down the plunger, quickly drill a hole 
through the syringe and the plunger handle. You'll probably need a hand for 
this, preferably not your dad's hand or the caring touch of a police officer. 
Try as shown below.

===Then slit the thick wire through the hole so the plunger can't move, and 
epoxy the plunger tight to the syringe. I suggest using super glue first because 
the epoxy doesn't dry fast enough. AVOID using Hot Glue since the glue can melt 
the plastic, deform the syringe and so on. And you really don't want to heat up 
compressed gas, except if you're too wise.

===Reinforce the "BOMB" with wire, glue, clay, tape, whatever you want with. 
Again, avoid using hot or solvent-based glues.

===Connect the two wires from the canal to the longer double wire and connect it 
to a piezo-crystal. Piezo-crystals are those clicking thingies inside some gas 
lighters that produce an electric spark. They look like this

# If the black wire is close enough to the metal capsule when you click the 
button there will be a spark between the capsule and the wire.

===Wire the metal capsule to one of the long wires connected to the syringe and 
wire the other to the black wire from the piezo-crystal. Cool. So now when you 
click the crystal will emit a some electricity witch will result as a spark 
inside the syringe. :)Hehehehehe, HoHoHoHOhOOO, MUHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAA!!!! 
Ahem, sorry.

And if this doesn't work, stick the lighter gas canister up your butt hole, 
light it up and kiss your ass goodbye.
