 You put the Utilities file inside your Online Tools Folder and you put TCP files inside you Online files Folder. If you Put these files in you America Online folders it doesn't mean you get AOL Staff Access! You need to steal access first.

First Ya better listen this danger and might get in really deep trouble for this!
 
Ok Ya Go look for a Guide and Check his profile and in his profile there is his name that the name or info in there and it might be his password. So far I gotten three Guide Account , AOL tester dude account , and a bug report account. There is no Guide Software or AOL Staff Software it doesn't exist. The only thing they have or add on's to the Online files and Online Tools.  I had access for a couple a weeks and it Cool stealing AOL Secret files.
