4 pork chops, 1-1/2-inch thick Teriyaki sauce (purchased) Heat a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, place chops in skillet and cook over medium heat 5 minutes; turn and cook 5 minutes more. Pour off any drippings that accumulate. Brush chops with sauce; turn chops, brush lightly on other side with sauce and continue cooking 3-4 minutes or to desired doneness.
