Ingredients: 2 pounds shark fillets, 1/2 salt inch thick pepper white wine to cover 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup sour cream ( :< ) 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 dash WHITE pepper 1 diagonally sliced carrot 1 chopped red pepper 1/2 cup broccoli florets lettuce fresh dill Instructions: In large saucepan, place filets in single layer; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover the fillets with white wine; bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 5 minutes. Drain, cook and break into bite sized pieces. Stir together Mayo, sour cream, mustard, lemon juice, and white pepper. Toss fish with vegetables [in this - recipe does not make it clear]. Serve in lettuce-lined bowl garnished with dill. Comments:
