Through my additional investigation into the matter (and thanks to my source) I have finally uncovered what I believe is the true source of information to receive real updates from this movement. In any case, due to the controversial nature of all of this information, I do not accept any liability, nor do I express or imply any warranty in regards to the information I am distributing. This is basically, how I have heard it, and not personally confirmed other than having dialed the number myself. At least some of my (and others) confusion regarding this case seems to stem from disinformation (or poorly disseminated) information from people like Darryl Frech and Larry Shuhe (I don't know if the spelling on these names are correct). These people are or have been connected with this effort but, according to the "update" line and my source, their activities are called into question. In other words, the "headquarters" of this effort doesn't agree with everything these people are saying and doing. In particular it is noted that Larry Shuhe was terminated from his official position as National Claims Director. It would be much better if you have an interest in this case to call the update line yourself and hear it for yourself; it's rather difficult to write down notes and get it all correct over the phone. I will give the instructions below after a few more words. The update says that Texas, Kansas, and Nebraska are the only states fully organized at this time. Part of the reason for the slow down or disorganization is because the leader of the effort Roy Schwasinger is still in jail on an entirely different matter; he felt that the claims matter was well in hand and started into a new effort to challenge the UCC-1 laws, so he's been parked in jail trying to fight that. Meanwhile the claims organization has had to try to regroup and get new full time leadership to continue their efforts (Roy is still in charge from jail I am told). This is how the issue with Larry Shuhe got started. Roy instructed Scott to interview Larry Shuhe for the position and he did, and he was selected (hired) from among several candidates. It was later determined that Larry wasn't doing the job they wanted. Another note is that at one point their organization was called "We The People" and due to the reorganization and all, they are renamed "Constitutional America". The leader of the organization in Texas is Jim Patterson. As I said, this is just a sketch of the information available on the update. Also, my writing above takes into account some knowledge gleaned from my source who stays directly on top of these matters on practically a daily basis. Here is the phone number and how to use this update line. This is a mailbox system. Number: 1-214-412-4445 You should get an answering message (female voice) telling you the office is not open, etc. WHILE SHE IS TALKING, Press 4 - for the main menu You can just follow the instructions from there, but I will summarize the options for you in case it will help; these are the mailboxes: 1 - the initial message mentioned above. 2 - fax tone, after getting the tone, send fax 3 - not used 4 - main menu (will tell you what I'm telling you know) 5 - area managers mailbox; tells where to contact to file a claim 6 - general info; rumor control 7 - IRS related topics 8 - Factual release of information; status of claims process, etc. If you call I recommend listening to at least mailboxes 6 and 8. Again, I repeat for clarity; I am not connected with this organization and am not recommending it to you. In my opinion it is quite secretive and I personally know of no way to independantly verify it. This is given for your information only because some of you are already filing claims attached to their case, and others have asked questions about it. By the way, if you learn anything new that you think I might be interested in; please send me email at: "breinhar@tomahawk.welch.jhu.edu" An Update...I posted instructions a week or so ago about the hotline to get updates on the Schwasinger/Hildebrand "Redress of Grievances" initiative. I was just told that they have updated their hotline message, particularly menu item "6" for general information. I haven't listened to it yet, I wanted to get this info. out to the Net as soon as possible. The instructions are repeated below. As usual, I accept no responsibility for your use of this information. I'm told that Darryl Frech is still sending out fax notices to members of the claims organization and others saying things like "they are paying claims even as I speak" (paraphrase) blah, blah, blah.. the truth of the matter is that he doesn't represent the organization and it is believed within the organization that he is purposely spreading disinformation in order to discredit them. This is all stuff that I'm told, I don't have personal knowledge of any of this. Again, use this information at your own risk. ================================ Here is the phone number and how to use this update line. This is a mailbox system.
