For the past week or so we have had lots of net traffic on the names
of various new groups. How about some content for the groups ?  The
net exists because someone puts in something others want to read.  I
would like to read about travel, home computers, office automation,
product reviews, market surveys, etc., and may even find what others
have to say useful in my work (and may, from what I read, find
something in an area where I have an opinion or knowledge to contribute).
I think that each individual that wants to start a group, or change
the name of one, should contribute at least one item of netnews to
that group. And, those that read news of interest should make some
effort to submit items to the groups that serve them.  Mel Haas, houxm!mel
