Woodson of the School of Education here at the University of California at Berkeley. He is going to teach a course during the Spring Quarter, here at Berkeley, concerning the Organization of Computers for Humans to use. He is also a prominent member of the Academic Senate Committee on Computing, which sets computing policy for the Berkeley Campus. The Committee is currently debating the issue of computer literacy (What is it, should we require a course, etc.) and any ideas from the outside world for our ivory tower would be welcome.
