A lot of people think it sounds awful, but it's really very good and easy to make. I think it's from an old BH&G cookbook, but I'm not sure. EGGS A` LA GOLDENROD Hard boil 4-6 eggs, being sure not to overcook (rubbery eggs are nasty). Remove the yolks from the HB eggs and place them in a sieve (strainer, sifter, etc.). Prepare a single batch of medium white sauce, and cut the whites into it (Cut them up, don't dice them). Spoon creamed whites over Zen, English dry, or traditional toast, and top with the yolks, pushed through the sieve with the back of a spoon to make a yellow fluff. This recipe (spelled R-E-C-I-P-E) can serve about 4 people. A recipe for white sauce can be found in any reputable cookbook. -Mark Johnson pur-ee!mj P.S.
