From: obrien at RAND-UNIX We have. We maintain the code for our PDP-11/34 front-end NCP for our VAX under compat mode, running the PDP-11 compiler, loader and assembler. Floating point doesn't work; everything else seems to. (If the program you're running was compiled with the "-f" flag then the fptrap package in the 11 code purportedly will work fine. We haven't tried that. The FP package in the emulation control program does not work very well at all. Luckily we don't need it for the front end.) ------- End of Forwarded Message ----------------------------------------------------------------- gopher://quux.org/ conversion by John Goerzen of http://communication.ucsd.edu/A-News/ This Usenet Oldnews Archive article may be copied and distributed freely, provided: 1.
